Position Summary: Mace is seeking a professional to lead and comprehensively oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring objective achievement and management of multidisciplinary teams. The Project: You will be responsible for leading and comprehensively overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to defined objectives, timelines, and scope. You will play a central role in implementing and applying project management methodologies (PMBOK, PMI, PM4R or others), as well as defining and utilizing governance and control tools. You will supervise the operation of the information system, ensuring timely and reliable recording of KPIs and reports for decision-making. You will coordinate interactions among technical, administrative, legal, and monitoring departments, ensuring deliverable consistency and proper team alignment. Participation in at least 15 infrastructure projects with an individual cost* S/ 10 million, including a minimum of 3 projects exceeding S/ 50 million. * Project management certifications (PMP, PMI, IPMA, PM4R or equivalents) will be valued. * Experience in designing and implementing monitoring systems (reports, dashboards, KPIs). * Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
