DESCRIPTION At **KSR Global**, we are looking for a **Junior Project Manager** for a renowned industrial-sector multinational company specializing in automation solutions, electric motors, and mining-industry projects. The position’s mission is to lead implementation projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. ### **Main Responsibilities:** Lead industrial implementation projects from inception to completion. Manage project budgets, costs, schedules, and profitability. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients. Supervise commissioning and startup activities. Manage risks, changes, and compliance with safety standards. Participate in tenders and provide technical-commercial support as required. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. 5–10 years of experience managing industrial projects. Experience with mining-sector suppliers, industrial automation, construction, or electromechanical projects. Intermediate English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel frequently to mining operations. Work location: Surquillo, Lima. Temporary contract, for coverage.
