Job Summary: Manage product safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection within the Ice Cream Division, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with SHE QA policies and requirements in Ice Cream Supply. 2. Implement and improve SHE QA management systems for certifications. 3. Lead QA and SHE training to support continuous improvement of personnel. **Position Title:** QA / SHE Supply Chain Specialist Ice Cream Temporal **Location:** Lima Factory**Work Schedule:** Full-time.**Reports To:** SHE Manager Peru\-Bolivia **Department:** Safety \& Health **Position Purpose:** Ensure that facilities and work procedures are free from risks threatening product safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection for the Ice Cream Division. **A Day in the Life of...** * Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s SHE QA principles, policies, and requirements in Ice Cream Supply—including NCE, LEAN, NSMS, NQMS—coordinating with relevant departments to guarantee compliance. * Ensure compliance with legal SHE QA requirements, participating in audits conducted by regulatory authorities and documenting identified observations and non-conformities to safeguard product safety and protect people’s health, safety, and the environment. * Implement, monitor, and improve Ice Cream Supply Chain SHE QA management systems through development and execution of tools, and documentation of audit observations and non-conformities; aiming to obtain and maintain FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. * Drive SHE strategic priorities across functions via initiatives such as Safe Driving, MHE Risk Assessment, High Hazard Task Program, and Amigo ayudando amigo, to eliminate, reduce, and/or control risks. * Manage the Distributor Development Program according to applicable SHE QA requirements, conducting training sessions, periodic inspections, and policy updates to ensure products are stored at our distributors in accordance with Good Practices. * Develop, update, disseminate, and implement QA (NQMS, QMS, Cold Chain) and SHE-related manuals, procedures, work instructions, and/or operational standards for Ice Cream Supply Chain. * Lead QA (NQMS, QMS, Cold Chain) and SHE training programs for all Ice Cream Supply Chain personnel, promoting continuous improvement. * Coordinate and track the annual SHE QA activity plan (Internal Audits, External Audits, Drills, Inspections, Traceability Exercises, etc.). * Provide support in handling customer quality complaints through investigation and implementation of corrective actions to maintain customer and consumer trust and preference. * Manage ice cream rejections and returns related to quality issues. * Evaluate external ice cream warehouses to ensure compliance with Standards. Product salvage release \& approval of various outbound shipments to ensure only conforming products are shipped. * **What Will Make You Successful:*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Health and Safety Engineering. * Two years’ experience in roles related to quality and industrial safety. * Specialization in quality management systems and/or industrial safety systems. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits. * Knowledge of Cold Chain (desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excel: Advanced. * Power BI: Basic. * English: Intermediate. * SAP **Competencies:** * Results Orientation. * Autonomy. * Proactivity. * Assertive Communication.
