What will you do? • Review and validate the correct functioning of systems developed by the programming department. • Identify defects and propose improvements. • Provide telephone support to our customers, assisting them in resolving questions or incidents. We are looking for someone who: • Has completed technical or university studies. • Has office software knowledge. • Has good typing speed. • Can easily operate computer systems. • Has prior experience in similar areas. Knowledge in: -Information Security. -Occupational Safety and Health (desirable).
