What You Will Do: • Review and validate the correct functionality of systems developed by the programming department. • Identify bugs and propose improvements. • Provide telephone support to our customers, assisting them in resolving questions or incidents. We Are Looking For Someone Who: • Has completed their studies (technical or university level). • Has office software knowledge. • Types at a good speed. • Handles computer systems with ease. • Has prior experience in similar areas. Required Knowledge: -Information Security. -Occupational Health and Safety (desirable).
