Propose improvements and ensure compliance with regulations **A food concessionaire company is seeking a Quality Engineer located in VALLECITO \- AREQUIPA.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of certified experience as a quality supervisor or quality engineer in a food concessionaire. * Education: Graduate in Food Engineering. * Specialization in Quality Management Systems, training in GMP/HACCP/FSSC 22000, BRC, etc. * HACCP certification for food processing plants operating within food concessionaires (Desirable). * Knowledge of measurement tools, ability to operate measuring instruments and inspection equipment. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise production processes to ensure manufacturing processes or service delivery comply with established standards. * Inspect products or services to verify their quality, either through visual inspection or using measurement tools and inspection equipment. * Identify defects or non-conformities, detect any deviation from quality standards, and document identified defects. * Prepare reports to record inspection results, including identified defects and corrective actions taken. * Propose improvements to support continuous improvement of processes and products by identifying areas where changes can be implemented to enhance quality. * Ensure regulatory compliance by verifying that products or services meet applicable regulations and standards. **BENEFITS:** Inclusion in MYPE payroll.
