Position Summary: Support the management of the Regional Office's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring accreditation and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Updating national and international regulations **Quality Management Assistant** Lince, Lima, Peru Job Objective Support the management of the Peru Regional Office's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure accreditation under the Technical Regulation for Organic Products at the Peru Regional Office. General Responsibilities: * Report to and coordinate with the QMS Head on progress and actions related to maintaining regional office accreditation. * Respond to requests from accreditation bodies and national authorities, preparing required reports and documentation. * Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the QMS across various departments. * Coordinate and accompany internal and external audits, ensuring timely communication and identification of nonconformities. * Review and update QMS documents in accordance with national regulations and corporate guidelines. * Support tracking of personnel documents and inspector accreditations. * Ensure national laws, regulations, and standards are updated in QMS records and archives. * Assist in managing complaints, appeals, and quality controls for operators, as requested by headquarters. * Ensure effective communication and coordinated work with the central QMS team and regional staff. * Comply with internal procedures related to the position and perform other assigned tasks contributing to departmental objectives. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Agro-industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles or in quality management or certification areas. Knowledge: * ISO 9001, ISO 17065, and related standards (fair trade, sustainability, social responsibility). * Up-to-date knowledge of national and international sector-specific regulations. * Intermediate English (desirable).
