Review the requirements in this posting and apply. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Quality Manager** for high-voltage electrical substation projects. We seek a professional oriented toward continuous improvement and on-site compliance with quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise the on-site quality management system. * Verify compliance with established procedures and standards. * Control the quality of construction processes and materials. * Prepare quality reports, records, and documentation. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure achievement of quality objectives. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field; registered and licensed. * Minimum of **3 years of professional experience**. * Participation in at least **2 high-voltage electrical substation projects** (60 kV, 138 kV, 220 kV, and 500 kV) within the last 5 years. * Preferred specialization in **ISO 9001 Quality Management System**. * Availability for on-site work. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Commitment to quality **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Positive work environment * Professional development opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
