




Job Summary: SEGCAL SAC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for Food Service, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key role in supervising and ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP 2. Participation in the implementation of quality management systems 3. Management of quality procedures and work instructions SEGCAL SAC is currently recruiting for the position of QUALITY SUPERVISOR for FOOD SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree, licentiate, or engineer in Food Industry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Bromatology, Nutrition, or related food fields. * Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP * Participation in the implementation of GMP and HACCP * Completion of the annual training plan and measurement of training effectiveness. * Monitoring employee adherence to duties and procedures * Supervision of GMP and HACCP compliance * Handling customer complaints and issuing reports as needed * Development and implementation of quality management system procedures and work instructions * Other duties as required by the position Schedule: Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.1,900.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
