Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineer to supervise and coordinate building construction projects with experience in electromechanical systems, applying strict safety plans. Registered and licensed (mandatory). Courses or specialization in: Construction supervision / residency Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Minimum Experience 3–5 years as a resident engineer or construction supervisor. Proven experience in: Building construction projects. Installation or coordination of elevators, freight lifts, or electromechanical systems (highly desirable). Experience working on: Schools, hospitals, or occupied buildings (highly valued). Key Technical Knowledge Reading and interpretation of: Structural, architectural, and electromechanical drawings. Knowledge of: Construction technical standards. Safety and accessibility regulations. Coordination with: Elevator suppliers. Contractors and subcontractors. Control of: Construction schedule. Valuations, measurements, and progress reports. Basic proficiency in: MS Project (or similar). Excel. AutoCAD (desirable). Safety and School Environment Experience in construction projects involving: Movement of students and staff. Ability to: Implement strict safety plans. Coordinate work outside school hours if required. Focus on order, cleanliness, and risk control. Soft Skills Leadership and supervision of construction personnel. Clear communication with: School administration. External supervision. Planning and problem-solving capability. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
