Knowledge of building regulations and occupational safety standards. **Site Manager** **Position Summary** We are seeking a professional with experience in the construction and building sector to fill the position of Site Manager. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a solid track record in construction project management and supervision. * **Academic Profile** **Profession: Civil Engineer (mandatory).** Status: Degree holder, registered with the professional association, and licensed. * **Professional Experience** **General Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction and building sector.** Specific Experience: Minimum 2 years serving as Site Manager for building projects. **Desirable Experience: Participation in the construction of high-rise buildings (\+7 stories) and experience in excavation and basement construction.** * **Technical Knowledge Regulations:** Proficiency in the National Building Regulation (RNE) and current municipal regulations. **Safety: Solid knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law (Law No. 29783\) and its on-site application (Standard G.050\).** * Software: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit). **Innovation: Familiarity with BIM methodologies or Lean Construction.** Salary: Up to S/.4,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
