




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage Human Resources, including payroll, recruitment, and labor relations, with experience in the construction industry. Payroll processing and labor obligations REQUIREMENTS: * **Profession:** Graduate in Accounting or Administration. * **Experience:** 3 years in a Human Resources role, **specifically 1 year in the construction industry.** * **Knowledge:** Payroll under the MYPE regime and construction regime, T-Registration, PLAME, AFP, employment contracts, recruitment and selection, event organization, workplace accidents * **Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel, Leadership, teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Represent the company before institutions regarding labor matters and/or SUNAFIL inspections or other entities. * Submit and track internal documentation and company procedures. * Register employee hires and terminations in the system. * Monitor and report attendance, tardiness, absences, leave requests, and bonuses. * Prepare and calculate monthly payroll. * Calculate vacation pay, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and LBS (Labor Benefits Statement). * Report labor costs for construction projects and office operations. * Manage labor and social security declarations and obligations. * Coordinate and monitor the annual training plan. * Track incidents and workplace accidents. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comprehensive HR management, including recruitment, hiring, payroll, personnel files, and employee support.
