




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring safety during maintenance operations through the management and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including development of IPERC and WSWP. Key Highlights: 1. Playing a key role in ensuring safety during maintenance operations. 2. Developing the baseline IPERC matrix and risk maps. 3. Developing Written Safe Work Procedures (WSWP). Profile Requirements To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: **Academic Qualification:** University graduate with professional license and active registration (valid certification) in Industrial, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **Specialization:** Verified postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). **General Experience:** Minimum 4 years of total work experience. **Specific Experience:** Minimum 4 years of verified experience managing or implementing OHS Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems. ️ Functions and Responsibilities Your role will be critical to ensuring safety in our maintenance operations. Responsibilities are divided into three key pillars: **1\. Development of the Baseline IPERC Matrix:** Conduct field data collection on Maintenance area activities (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, lubrication, welding, lifting, working at heights, hot work, etc.). Review the updated IPERC of all Maintenance Superintendencies as reference. Identify hazards and risks associated with routine and non-routine activities. Assess risks considering probability and severity using the IPERC methodology defined in internal procedures. Determine existing controls and propose new ones according to the company’s hierarchy of controls. Develop and validate the baseline IPERC matrix and risk maps jointly with the Industrial Safety team and Maintenance Supervisors. Train area supervisors on proper application and updating of the matrix. 2\. Identification of Written Safe Work Procedures (WSWP): Review the baseline IPERC matrix to determine which activities require a WSWP by regulation. Develop a correspondence matrix linking each activity to its required WSWP. Define the list of WSWPs to be developed and prioritize them based on criticality. Review current WSWPs across all Maintenance Superintendencies. 3\. Development of Written Safe Work Procedures (WSWP): Develop WSWPs aligned with the IPERC matrix, internal standards, and applicable legal regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM, OHS Law No. 29783 and its amendments). Structure WSWPs strictly following the corporate document control standard. Validate documents with the Maintenance department and the Industrial Safety team. Deliver finalized WSWPs in editable and PDF formats.
