DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is looking for a **Senior Architect** to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of over 10 years’ proven experience managing and executing large-scale projects, with particular focus on **airport construction**. The position will be based in **San Isidro, Lima**, and will require full commitment to large-scale challenges. As Senior Architect at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for leading architectural design, planning, and supervision of complex projects. Your expertise in airport construction will be essential to ensuring success at every project phase—from conception through to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the architectural design team, ensuring consistency and excellence across all proposals. * Managing the planning and development of large-scale projects, with special emphasis on airport infrastructure. * Collaborating closely with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integration and project success. * Supervising on-site implementation of designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements. * Conducting feasibility analyses, pre-design studies, and developing architectural concepts. * Managing project budget and schedule, identifying and mitigating potential risks. * Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and construction—particularly within the airport sector. * Presenting and defending architectural proposals to clients and authorities. Requirements: * University degree in Architecture, with valid professional registration. * Over 10 years’ proven professional experience in architecture, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Significant experience in airport construction and design. * Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects from conceptualization through completion. * Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools. * Strong understanding of construction regulations and codes applicable to airport infrastructure. * Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Results-oriented mindset and high level of commitment. Preferred qualifications: * Master’s degree or specialization in project management or airport architecture. * Knowledge of BIM methodologies. * Experience in public and private tenders.
