If you are passionate about innovation, analytics, and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, graduate, or certified professional in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in B2B digital marketing; experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously at an agency is highly valued. * Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console**. * Knowledge of **technical SEO**, WordPress website administration, and **CRM** systems (Odoo or similar). * Ability to manage accounts, lead projects, and deliver customer-oriented service. * Highly organized profile with capacity to plan, prioritize tasks, and track multiple projects. * Availability to work in **hybrid mode**. **Desirable:** * Prior experience at marketing agencies managing multiple accounts. * Knowledge of **GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)** and **AI Search Optimization**. * Valid certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint. * Experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, or industrial safety sectors. * Proficiency in AI tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini**, applied to marketing. **Responsibilities:** * Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for assigned accounts. * Manage and oversee end-to-end account operations, ensuring achievement of objectives and deliverables. * Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the agency’s value proposition. * Participate in prospecting new clients and developing commercial proposals. * Supervise security and administration of access credentials for managed accounts. * Present results and participate in strategic planning meetings with clients and management. * Identify new growth opportunities for each account through proposals for additional actions or services. * Supervise implementation and auditing of tracking via **GA4, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions**, and form-based conversions. * Analyze commercial metrics using CRM to evaluate campaign performance and opportunity generation. * Supervise administration and optimization of conversion-oriented WordPress websites. * Coordinate with the development team on implementation of technical improvements and integrations. * Organize webinars, trainings, commercial events, and organizational activities. * Assign, prioritize, and supervise marketing team activities. * Monitor adherence to deadlines, quality of deliverables, and team productivity. * Implement continuous improvement processes and ensure compliance with internal departmental reporting. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work model. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in digital marketing projects for B2B companies. * Compensation of **S/ 2,200 to S/ 2,500**, with performance-based continuity review.
