JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Geologist will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising geological exploration and characterization activities, ensuring reliable information for decision-making in the company's mining projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and supervise field-based mining exploration campaigns. Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data. Develop geological models, cross-sections, and exploration maps. Prepare detailed technical reports for management and regulatory authorities. Supervise and train junior geologists and field technicians. Coordinate with operations, safety, and environmental departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Identify new exploration opportunities and optimize existing projects. Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards across all activities. REQUIREMENTS: MANDATORY: 7\+ years of geological exploration experience within the mining sector. (APPLICANTS WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED). Degree in Geology or related fields. Proficiency in specialized software (ArcGIS, Leapfrog, AutoCAD, or others). Solid knowledge of structural geology, mineralogy, and mineral deposits. Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in remote field locations. Fluency in Spanish and English (desirable). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.5,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
