Collaboration with clients and teams to develop innovative solutions Job Description * Design, calculate, plan, and supervise geotechnical engineering solutions for soil and rock in complex projects. * Plan and supervise geotechnical investigation campaigns, interpreting tests, monitoring data, and technical information for decision-making. * Assess geotechnical risks and review studies and designs prepared by third parties at various project stages. * Prepare technical reports, define deliverables, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Conduct site visits, collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and propose innovative and efficient solutions for each challenge. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, valid professional registration, and specialization in geotechnics. * Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnics, preferably with engineering firms, consulting companies, or construction firms involved in large-scale projects. * Solid knowledge of geotechnical design and analysis applied to tunnels, slopes, foundations, retaining structures, dams, and underground works. * Proficiency in technical software such as Rocscience, Plaxis 2D, and AutoCAD; experience with FLAC, Civil3D, Python, SAP2000, or similar tools is advantageous. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
