Requirements * Academic background as a **Civil, Hydraulic, or Fluid Mechanics Engineer**. * **Graduated, licensed, and authorized**. * Intermediate–advanced level of English. 2\. Professional Experience * Minimum professional experience of **10 years**, counted from licensure. * Specific experience in **hydraulic structure design**, bridges, road infrastructure, and/or special structures. * Experience in roles such as **hydraulic specialist, hydraulic engineer, hydrologist, or special structures engineer**. * Participation in the development of **final designs, technical files, and/or detailed engineering**. * Experience in **technical coordination with other disciplines**. * Desirable experience in **international projects or those adhering to international standards**. 3\. Software Proficiency * HEC\-RAS * InfoWorks ICM * Civil 3D / AutoCAD * Bentley OpenFlows, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS or equivalent software 4\. Technical Skills and Knowledge * Solid knowledge of **hydrology, applied hydraulics, and drainage**. * Experience in designing **stormwater drainage systems, conveyance structures, protective works, hydraulic crossings, and special structures**. * Ability to develop and review **design criteria, calculation reports, and technical specifications**. * Ability to perform **interdisciplinary integration**. * Proficiency in **hydraulic and hydrological modeling software**.
