This role is geared toward proactive professionals with analytical capabilities and strong teamwork and communication skills in dynamic environments. **Responsibilities** * Support mining operations planning. * Supervise operational activities in the field. * Evaluate and propose improvements to production processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Prepare technical and performance reports. * Coordinate with other operational departments. * Monitor efficient use of resources and equipment. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Mining Engineering or related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in mining operations. * Knowledge of mining planning and related software. * Familiarity with mining safety regulations. * Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
