In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Execute and manage cross-functional process improvements identified across the company to eliminate any waste or rework. Also responsible for performing operational control tasks to generate preventive alerts to business units and avoid the materialization of reputational, operational, financial, and legal risks; ultimately design process automations within the department. Key Responsibilities: * Design improvement strategies for processes carried out within business units and functional departments. * Design and monitor action plans associated with improvements. * Design KPIs to ensure executed improvements are sustainable and measurable. * Design, develop, and maintain digital transformation initiatives related to the department. * Review tenders following the procedure established by the Operational Excellence Department. * Monitor the contract matrix of the company and its subsidiaries. * Provide support during the initial phase of operational reviews, coordinated with the Operational Excellence Leader. * Other responsibilities associated with this role. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Power BI\- Advanced * Power Automate \- Advanced * Bizagi * Lean Six Sigma Certification * Intermediate English **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one * 80% coverage under EPS (Health Insurance) * Statutory Life Insurance * Ongoing training opportunities * Corporate agreements.
