**Credicorp Capital** invites you to transform challenges into opportunities and become our next **Senior Process Analyst.** Your main objective will be to evaluate, analyze, and document the company’s operational and support processes, contributing to continuous improvement through the implementation of automation tools, including Artificial Intelligence. ***Responsibilities:*** * Conduct the annual review of the company’s processes requiring updates, in accordance with established policy and schedule. * Address requests related to process mapping, improvement, and updating. * Participate in projects requiring process updating or diagramming. * Analyze workloads and measure task execution times. ***Requirements:*** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in related roles. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies based on Lean and/or BPM. * Proficiency in Excel (data tables, macros, chart generation). * Proficiency in Office tools and internet navigation; knowledge of Power Platforms, Power Apps, and Copilot Pro is desirable. * Intermediate knowledge of statistics, accounting, and mathematics. * Familiarity with database tools at the user level is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency
