We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **SGI Assistant**. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of one and a half years of experience in implementing and maintaining HACCP manuals, ISO 9001, GMP, POES. * Experience managing quality area operations. * Minimum of one year or more of work experience in industrial companies within the plastics sector. * Knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards such as BRC PACKAGING / BRC FOODS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000. * Intermediate level in Excel. **Competencies:** \- Commitment. \- Teamwork. \- Effective communication. \- Proactive. \- Conflict resolution skills. \- Achievement motivation. \- Organization. **FUNCTIONS:** * Participate in the implementation of BRC standards. * Participate in the operation of the ISO 9001 system. * Develop management indicators. * Prepare quality documentation for clients. * Verify the proper functioning of the HACCP system and traceability system. * Review, record, and analyze production data from operations. * Support the development of procedures and work instructions, and participate in training sessions to ensure efficient operational performance. * Monitor achievement of management objectives and key performance indicators. * Train staff on standards and regulations related to the integrated management system. * Actively participate in audit processes. * Assist in handling employee complaints, suggestions, and other inquiries. * Follow up on non-conformities, recent incidents, environmental changes related to them, plans, formats, procedures, and programs. * Develop and update manuals, plans, programs, matrices, procedures, instructions, and controls for internal, external documents, and SGI records. * Safeguard and protect all documentation and information entrusted to their care or accessible due to their job role, preventing loss or unauthorized access. * Perform additional duties assigned by their immediate supervisor according to service needs. * Execute training schedules at the plant and support report writing. **Working conditions**: \- Official employment with full legal benefits. \- Market-competitive salary. \- Career advancement opportunities.
