We work with high-impact personal brands, leading importers, and industry-leading companies in Beauty, Gastronomy (Restaurants), and Info-products, helping them scale revenue through strategic content and organic funnels. If you master the art of a strong hook, understand trends, and know how to handle both the camera and the algorithm, we want to meet you! Your Mission at Duo Marketer Your primary objective will be to lead content creation that converts organic reach into qualified leads. Your responsibilities fall into the following areas: 1\. Content Engineering & Research Conversion Research: Identify trends and viral patterns adaptable to Beauty, Restaurants, and Import sectors to build authority. Benchmark Audit: Analyze successful models and adapt them to our clients’ brand voice. 2\. Strategic Scriptwriting & Copywriting Script Structuring: Writing using proven frameworks (e.g., Hook \- Retain \- Reward). SEO Copywriting: Crafting captions optimized with clear CTAs aligned to the funnel. 3\. Production, Recording & Filmmaking Content Recording: Execute high-quality recordings for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube. Camera & Equipment Handling: Basic/intermediate knowledge of cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless or iPhone and Samsung), framing setup, and microphone use. Lighting Setup: Proficiency in fundamental lighting schemes (e.g., three-point lighting) to ensure professional image quality in every shot. Talent Direction: Guide clients on-camera to ensure energy and authority. 4\. Post-Production & Design High-Impact Editing: Editing in Premiere or CapCut with fast pacing, dynamic subtitles, and sound design. Asset Design: Creating carousels in Illustrator or Canva and high-CTR thumbnails. Profile Requirements Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year working at agencies (portfolio of video and design work is mandatory). Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience creating content for Restaurants and Beauty sectors. Technical Skills: Camera operation, basic lighting, and dynamic editing. Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut. Location: Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week in-person in Lima for recordings, and 1 day for team meetings). Age: Between 20 and 27 years old.
