What will be your key challenges and responsibilities? - Perform and analyze basic and standard laboratory tests on soil, rock, concrete, asphalt, and chemical samples (e.g., grain size analysis, consistency limits, Proctor test, etc.). - Supervise and support field sample collection activities. - Record, document, and review results in the corresponding technical forms. - Ensure all tests strictly comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) Policy. - Maintain a safe, clean workplace and keep laboratory equipment in optimal condition. What qualifications are we looking for? Academic Background: Graduate of SENCICO’s Soil Laboratory Technician program, or Bachelor’s degree / final-year student in Civil Engineering. Proven Operational Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Soil Laboratory Assistant, OR Minimum 6 months directly serving as a Soil Laboratory Technician conducting tests on soil, rock, asphalt, and concrete. Technical Knowledge: Solid command and autonomy in grain size analysis, consistency limits, Proctor tests, and related standard tests. Availability: Full-time on-site work in San Martín de Porres (SMP), Monday through Saturday. Immediate availability to start.
