Your work will have a direct impact on the well-being of our employees and the responsible care of our operations. Among your main responsibilities will be: * Conduct safety inspections in plants and offices. * Verify the use of PPE and promote safe practices. * Support environmental management, waste handling, and recordkeeping. * Prepare SSOMA reports, checklists, and statistics. * Coordinate inductions, trainings, and internal campaigns. * Keep the management system documentation up to date. * Be a key ally during internal and external audits. What are we looking for? * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, OHS, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in SSOMA roles. * Knowledge of OHS regulations; ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 knowledge desirable. * Organized, committed, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Willingness to contribute, improve processes, and work with a preventive focus.
