




REQUIREMENTS: \- University graduate in Industrial Engineering. Environmental Engineering or related fields preferred; bachelor's degree desirable. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (preference given to wastewater treatment plants). \- Availability to work in Ate from Monday to Friday and willingness to travel to treatment plants. \- Solid knowledge of occupational safety and health management systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare the company’s Annual Occupational Safety and Health Work Plan. * Design, implement, and execute programs necessary for the prevention of occupational illnesses and workplace accidents. * Implement safe work procedures. * Collaborate with emergency response teams on emergency plans, evacuation drills, signage, and activities and documents related to the Emergency Prevention, Preparedness, and Response Plan. * Conduct inspections to verify the proper condition of fire-fighting equipment and materials. * Implement, comply with, and monitor the Training and Drill Program. * Train plant and administrative office personnel on SSOMA matters. * Manage and submit occupational safety and health documentation to authorities upon request. * Schedule and manage occupational medical examinations. * Maintain up-to-date SSOMA documentation. * Participate in CSST meetings. * Conduct accident investigations. * Implement and supervise the correct completion of SSOMA management tools. * Update the IPER and IAAS matrices. * Deliver 5-minute safety talks. * Conduct new employee inductions.
