Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a **Senior Structural Designer** to join our Minerals \& Metals business line. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification as a structural designer. * Minimum of 10 years of verified work experience on mining projects with engineering consulting firms. * Experience in developing definition and execution studies and projects. * Proven experience using software such as Smart Plant 3D (mandatory), AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, and Office. * Experience in concrete and steel structural design, foundation layout and reinforcement drawings, pre\-design of mine service area architectural layouts, 3D modeling, and preparation of deliverable drawings for studies and detailed engineering. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and review **project structural drawings and models.** * Perform **structural design**, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Understand, apply, and maintain consistent design standards across projects by comprehending and adhering to Ausenco’s design standards. * Maintain effective communication with project engineers and designers to ensure alignment and progress of activities. * Demonstrate initiative to independently carry out repetitive tasks and use judgment to determine appropriate methods for assigned tasks. * Provide design suggestions and make routine decisions within defined procedures, while understanding when to seek assistance if guidelines are unclear. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
