The Role: As a B2B Field Sales Supervisor, you will lead the sales team responsible for in-person onboarding of new merchants across various economic sectors. Your responsibilities will include: Developing commercial strategies to deliver optimal in-person client advisory services. Supporting point-of-sale terminal activation and monitoring training on its usage. Identifying improvement opportunities and necessary adjustments within the sales team. Maintaining and continuously monitoring sales reports, pipelines, CRM, and other departmental tools. Planning the strategic schedule for sales team training and motivation.
