Apply established standards, participate in training, and identify and report potential risks: quality risks to ensure traceability and reliability of results; and occupational health and safety risks, to proactively support colleagues and leaders in ensuring safe and healthy performance of activities. **Requirements** Licensed Engineer in related fields (Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines). * **Postgraduate degree, diploma, and/or specialization in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality** * **Postgraduate degree and/or diploma in Project Management or related systems (Desirable)** * **Knowledge of legal regulations concerning Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Emergency Plans, Risk Analysis, and familiarity with OHSAS 18001, ISO-14001, ISO-9001, ISO 31000, NTP, ANSI OSHAS, and applicable NTP standards, Hazardous Waste Management, and associated environmental programs.** * **Proficiency in technical regulations: NTP, NFPA, ANSI, ASME, applicable to natural gas.** * **ASME B31.8 – Design, operation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas distribution pipelines** * **Proficiency in legal regulations concerning Occupational Health and Safety, enforced by SUNAFIL, the Ministry of Labor, and the Ministry of Health.** * **Proficiency in environmental regulations, enforced by OEFA.** * **Advanced office software proficiency.** Licensed and authorized to practice. **Additional Information** Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Languages: Basic English
