The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and supervising compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental management standards within the company. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise compliance with the SSOMA Management System. * Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards arising from private security operations. * Develop and execute safety, occupational health, and environmental programs. * Train staff on risk prevention and best SSOMA practices. * Manage occupational safety and health documentation (IPERC, ATS, PETS, among others). * Coordinate internal inspections and audits to verify regulatory compliance. * Prepare incident reports and action plans for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with current occupational safety and health regulations applicable to the private security sector. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Safety and Hygiene Engineer, or related field. * **Experience:** Preferably in the private security or service sector. * Knowledge of Peruvian occupational safety and health regulations (Law No. 29783 and its regulations). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system. **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside?
