**Supervisor SSOMA** \- Industrial and Mining Safety Professional, Environmental, Industrial, or related fields; degree holder and professionally licensed (not mandatory) \- 3 years of demonstrable experience in supervising high-risk work, supported by employment certificates (certiadulto) \- Minimum 140 hours of training courses in Occupational Safety and Health (SST) and High-Risk Work, certified by a recognized institution \- Valid driver’s license (mandatory) \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Immediate availability \- Work location: Arequipa \- Availability to work office hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, either at Jacobo Hunter offices or on field supervision **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Development of matrices, IPERC, PETS, ATS, environmental matrices, rescue plans, and other documents required for each service. \- Field supervision of services to verify compliance with safety standards by all personnel. \- Delivery of safety training sessions as stipulated in the annual training plan. \- Preparation of HSE department reports. \- Monthly inspection of critical facility equipment (fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, emergency lights, first-response kits, emergency push buttons, and others). \- Maintenance of records for personal protective equipment (PPE) control and renewal. \- Documentation control for ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems. \- Compliance with relevant policies, procedures, applicable legal regulations, and other requirements set forth by clients and ISO standards.
