Job Mission: Ensure efficient monitoring and control of operations, optimizing routes, indicators, and resources to guarantee nationwide service continuity. Responsibilities: * Manage web-based systems and applications. * Monitor and control route management nationwide. * Track performance indicators for technical staff. * Organize corporate files. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Graduate in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of KPI analysis (advanced Excel; Power BI is desirable). * Availability to work in Surco.
