What will be your key challenges and responsibilities? Perform and analyze basic and standard laboratory tests on soil, rock, concrete, asphalt, and chemical samples (e.g., particle size distribution, consistency limits, Proctor test, etc.). Supervise and support field sampling activities directly at job sites. Record, document, and review results in the corresponding technical forms. Ensure all tests strictly comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) Policy. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and keep laboratory equipment in optimal condition. What qualifications are we seeking? Academic Background: Graduate of SENCICO’s Soil Laboratory Technician program, or Bachelor’s degree / final-year student in Civil Engineering. Proven Operational Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Soil Laboratory Assistant, OR Minimum 6 months directly serving as a Soil Laboratory Technician conducting tests on soil, rock, asphalt, and concrete. Technical Knowledge: Solid command and autonomy in performing particle size distribution, consistency limits, Proctor, and related standard tests. Availability: On-site work in the district of San Martín de Porres (SMP), Monday through Saturday. Immediate availability to start duties. What do we offer?
