Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Support hiring processes and personnel file management. * Support onboarding and offboarding tasks. * Support the organization and execution of internal events and departmental activities (well-being, training, and workplace climate). * Support personnel administration tasks. * Propose and support improvement initiatives. * Support other functions inherent to the department.
