Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in project and NEC contract management, supporting communications, subcontractor management, Compensable Events, and Early Warnings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in infrastructure road project management. 2. Proficiency in NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4) and key concepts. 3. Support in managing Compensable Events and Early Warnings. **Academic Qualifications and Experience:** * Profession: Graduate or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience; preferably in road infrastructure. * Contract Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of experience managing NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4\). A solid understanding of the following key concepts is essential: * Management of Compensable Events (CE). * Administration of Early Warnings (EW). * Risk Register management. * Interpretation of time and cost clauses. * Software: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (for critical path analysis and scheduling) and Excel (for cost control and risk matrices) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Support in communication tracking: Ensure all contractual communications (instructions, notifications, responses) follow the flow stipulated in the contract and the communication matrix. * Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and validate technical and safety documentation of third parties, aligning them with the Contractor's procedures. * Support in managing Compensable Events (CE). * Support in managing Early Warnings (EW): Maintain the Risk Register, monitor implementation of mitigation actions, and manage meeting minutes. **Work Location:** Yungay Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site employment
