**TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER (TOM)**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
· Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mining, Mechanical or related fields).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a TOM position, and over 10 years in similar roles or project management within the mining sector involving multidisciplinary projects (engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning).
· Knowledge of engineering software.
· Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 (User level).
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Willingness to work in Challhuahuacho – Las Bambas / Apurímac.
· Availability to work under a 20x10 work regime.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
· Lead and manage the technical office team.
· Supervise the proper preparation, review, and approval of drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and engineering reports.
· Coordinate with other technical departments (civil, electrical, etc.) to ensure integration of all project disciplines.
· Monitor and control the technical execution of work performed by subcontractors and suppliers.
· Propose innovative and optimized technical solutions to challenges arising during the project lifecycle.
· Prepare and maintain project technical documentation, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety and environmental policies.
· Ensure technical information flows between departments so that project correspondence is grounded in solid technical support.
· Coordinate with various departments to fulfill agreed-upon technical obligations under the project.
**COMPETENCIES:**
