In Peru, we provide specialized technical support to distributors, system integrators, and end customers, supporting both implementation and post-sales service of our solutions. We are currently seeking a **Post-Sales Technical Support** specialist to strengthen our technical team in Lima. Main Responsibilities: * Participate in an initial training program covering products, internal systems, and post-sales processes. * Gradually handle technical cases and support requests. * Provide technical assistance to customers and track incidents. * Support post-sales spare parts management. * Assist in issuing and managing software licenses. * Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical cases. The position is oriented toward progressive professional development, with potential advancement to a specialized role as a Post-Sales Technical Engineer. **Requirements** * Basic experience or knowledge in technical support or post-sales. * Logical thinking and organizational ability. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. * Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. * Interest in long-term development within the technical field. **Education** * Technical or university studies in: * Electronic Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Systems Engineering * Industrial Engineering or related fields. (Completion of the degree is not mandatory; completed technical studies or those nearing completion will be valued.) **Experience** * Preferred: 1–2 years of experience. * Junior profiles with strong willingness to learn will also be considered. * Experience or internships in technical support, post-sales, or IT support (preferred). **Languages** * Intermediate spoken English for simple communication and technical reading. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Basic email handling skills. * Basic knowledge of software, networks, or IT (preferred). **Competencies** * Organization and analysis. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attitude of continuous learning. **Position Conditions** * On-site work in Lima. * Initial 3-month probationary period under contractual arrangement. * Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be formally hired onto the **ZKTeco Peru** payroll, with salary adjustments aligned with performance. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
