




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for an N1/N2 Help Desk service with experience in systems, networks, and technical support, as well as proficiency in operating systems, O365, and MDA tools. Experience in software repair, maintenance, and installation We are currently recruiting personnel for our N1/N2 Help Desk (MDA) service. The required profile is as follows: - Systems/Networks/Computer Science/Electronics Engineer (Bachelor's degree) or Certified Technical Professional from an Institute of Computing, Networks, or Electronics. - Advanced proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. - Experience in repair and maintenance of PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and printers. - User-level and Microsoft tenant console proficiency in O365 (similar knowledge of Google Workspace). - Proficiency in at least one Help Desk tool (e.g., ManageEngine, Aranda, Jira, or similar). - Proficiency in technical support tools, maintenance, software installation, domain joining of devices, etc. - ITIL Foundation certification - CCNA certification - Minimum 03 years of verifiable experience in N1/N2 MDA roles (evidence via employment certificates) - IMMEDIATE availability. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Linux, Maintenance, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Technical Support Keywords: analyst, apoyo, support, soporte, tecnologo, tecnico, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist
