Access to courses and training **Project Manager (PM)** A telecommunications company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee telecommunications projects, with emphasis on satellite projects. Location: Administrative office – San Isidro Availability: Willingness to travel nationwide **Requirements:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a PM in telecommunications projects; experience in satellite projects (VSAT, dedicated links, antenna installation) is desirable. * Experience leading technical field teams. * Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. * Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (internal and external plant). * Willingness to travel as required by the project. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and supervise satellite projects. * Coordinate installation, activation, and maintenance of links. * Manage vendors, logistics, and SLA compliance. * Prepare progress and project closure reports. * Ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence. **Employment Conditions:** * Base salary: S/ 3,000\.00 * Formal employment registration from day one (MYPE regime). * Statutory bonuses according to current regulations. * Profit-sharing (based on company performance). * Birthday benefits. * Access to courses and training. * Excellent working environment.
