Position Summary: We are seeking a Tender Specialist with solid expertise in state procurement for infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in tenders for large infrastructure projects. 2. Extensive knowledge of State procurement regulations and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Consulting firm specializing in supervision and construction of major infrastructure projects—including buildings, dams, highways, sanitation, irrigation, and roadworks—in Peru. We are currently seeking ***01 TENDER SPECIALIST, Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.*** SOLID KNOWLEDGE: * State Procurement Law and Regulations (including the latest updates). * Legal framework for investments, PPPs, Asset-based Projects, and Tax-for-Works Projects. * Regulations on legal stability agreements and investment contracts. * National Public Investment System (SNIP) and PROINVERSIÓN regulations. * NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts\. * Government-to-Government procurement contracts. Must reside in the northern zone of Lima. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tender Specialist.
