Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Surveyor with experience in building construction to conduct topographic surveys, operate specialized equipment, and produce survey drawings. Coordination with engineering and architecture teams At Playa Hermosa, we seek the best talent to take on the challenge as a Surveyor. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction projects. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or survey data processing software (Topcon, Leica, Trimble, etc.). \- Availability to work at Playa Hermosa from Monday to Saturday, fulfilling the 48-hour weekly work schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct land topographic surveys (measuring distances, angles, and elevations). * Operate specialized equipment such as total stations, differential GPS, automatic levels, and drones. * Prepare topographic maps, contour maps, and georeferenced maps. * Verify property boundaries and land demarcations. * Perform construction layout in the field (exact positioning of centerlines, columns, foundations, roads, etc.). * Process survey data using specialized software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Topcon, Leica, etc.). * Monitor elevations and alignments during construction execution. * Prepare technical reports and measurement records. * Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and site supervisors. * Ensure measurement accuracy according to current technical standards. **Benefits:** \- Direct employment under MYPE payroll \- Salary: S/3700 \- Meals provided \- Accommodation (for non-local candidates) \- Corporate discounts Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.2,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
