Job Summary: Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the occupational safety and health management system to prevent accidents and incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Development of technical competencies in occupational safety and health. 2. Active participation in the prevention of accidents and incidents. 3. Compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. **Role Objective:** Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the occupational safety and health management system by developing technical competencies under direct supervision, aiming to prevent accidents and incidents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with safety regulations. * Support work permit management. * Report incidents or suspicious situations. * Assist in verifying safety equipment (cameras, alarms, etc.). * Participate in safety talks (5-minute talks). * Support PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) management. * Comply with and learn established safety protocols. * Record and report safety indicators (KPIs). * Maintain disciplined and confidential conduct. * Protect assets and facilities under supervision. * Participate in meetings with our internal departments to promote a collaborative work environment committed to continuous improvement. * Actively learn from supervisors and operators. * Set a safety example (always practice safe behavior). * Influence without imposing. * Comply with the company’s operational, corporate, and tri-standard ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements; PETS; Integrated Management System Policy; Alcohol and Drugs Policy; Stop Work Policy; Internal Labor Regulations; Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations; and all other directives issued by the Company, to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard safety, health, and quality in the workplace. * Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and application of control measures specified in PETS, PETAR, Continuous/ATS IPERC, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and others at the start of each work shift, to prevent incidents and maintain a safe environment from the beginning of operations. * Be responsible for one’s own personal safety and that of fellow workers, and immediately report any substandard act or condition; likewise, immediately report occupational accidents and near-miss incidents, to enable prompt action and avoid more serious consequences in operations. **Experience:** * Preferred: 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. **Education:** * Final-year student or graduate in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Safety, Mining, or related fields).
