Solid knowledge of contractual valuations and OSCE regulations We are seeking a **Valuation Specialist** responsible for preparing, registering, and monitoring technical and administrative construction requirements, ensuring consistency with the technical file, budget, and execution schedule. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in **public works** valuation. * Experience in public building projects (schools, hospitals, institutes, or universities). * Solid knowledge of: * Contractual and additional valuations * Quantity take-offs and unit cost analysis * Physical and financial progress monitoring * Public Procurement Law and OSCE regulations * Proficiency in tools: * Intermediate/advanced Excel * AutoCAD * MS Project (desirable) * S10 software Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.4,000.00 \- S/.6,000.00 per hour Work location: On-site employment
