Organize merchandise (FIFO system) A leading bakery products company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant with experience in food and bakery products (gelatin powders, flan, flour) who wishes to grow professionally and economically. Responsibilities: **Assign tasks to warehouse staff under supervision.** Implement quality processes and plans for the area and products. **Lead the quality assurance system, ensuring optimal product delivery.** Responsible for conformities and non-conformities. **Organize merchandise (FIFO system).** Conduct inventory and Kardex reviews. **Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing warehouse merchandise with corresponding documentation.** Prepare and update layout plans. **Document outgoing merchandise delivery notes, credit notes, etc.** Requirements: (APPLICANTS NOT MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED) **Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (warehouse experience in food industry required).** Higher education or technical degree in Quality and Environmental Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or related disciplines. **Health certificate.** Must reside in areas adjacent to El Agustino. **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate user level.** We are located between Lima Cercado and El Agustino (Ref: beside Unicón company).
