**PERUTEC CNC SERVICES**, a leading Peruvian engineering company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of industrial machinery, is seeking a **CNC Technologies Research and Development Intern** to join its technical team. We work on product and machinery design and manufacturing projects, provide technical consulting for the acquisition of domestic and international equipment, and perform electronic repairs on CNC machines—including CNC routers, CO₂ lasers, and 3D printers. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and model products, equipment, and machinery using CAD software. * Prepare dimensional drawings, basic engineering documentation, and detailed engineering drawings. * Develop **Bill of Materials (BOM)** based on cost, quantity, manufacturing process, and specifications. * Conduct research on CNC machine operation. * Implement new CNC machine developments. * Prepare **costing sheets** for products under development. * Draft **technical manuals, operational documentation, and service reports**. * Provide technical advisory support for **industrial machinery procurement**. * Perform **advanced diagnosis and repair** of electronic systems in CNC machines—including CO₂ lasers, CNC routers, 3D printers, and machining centers (in workshops outside the office). * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** of industrial equipment. * Respond to customer technical inquiries and propose **prompt and effective solutions**. **Essential Requirements** * **Age:** 22–25 years. * Graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. * Knowledge and/or experience in digital manufacturing processes. * **ADVANCED** proficiency in CAD software: \- Autodesk Inventor Professional \- Autodesk Fusion \- SolidWorks \- Ultimaker Cura * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel**. * Operation of electrical/electronic diagnostic tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic soldering. * Ability to engage in **technical communication** and direct client interaction. * Availability for **on-site work in Independencia (Lima)** and for travel up to **25%** of the time within Lima and provincial areas. * Knowledge of electronic circuit board repair. **Desired Competencies** * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and teamwork. * Responsibility, commitment, and organizational skills. * Interest in **CNC technologies, mechanical design, and industrial automation**. **Benefits** * Participation in **real-world projects** involving CNC design, manufacturing, and technical support. * **Continuous training** in CAD/CAM/CAE and industrial maintenance. * Technical mentoring by specialist engineers. * **Compensation:** PEN 800 – PEN 1,200 (based on experience). * **Probation period:** 1 month, with potential conversion to a permanent contract. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM **Location:** Independencia, Lima ⚠ **Important Notice for Applicants** Before applying, please **review the job requirements and responsibilities carefully**.
