Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and control the contractual compliance of a construction project, ensuring proper execution and protection of services and installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical supervision and contractual control of construction work. 2. Preparation of budgets and valuations. 3. Protection of basic services and underground installations. The primary responsibility is to **ensure strict compliance with the construction contract for a 2\.600 M2 concrete slab**, guaranteeing that all work is carried out in accordance with the agreed terms. To this end, the following responsibilities will be assigned: **\-Technical supervision of the construction work.** **\-Contractual compliance control.** **\-Weekly technical and photographic report.** **\-Preparation of budgets and valuations.** **\-Protection of basic service connection points.** Supervise and ensure appropriate use of the **water and electricity supply points provided to the contractor**, preventing damage, waste, or unauthorized use of such installations. **\-Control of earthwork operations**, avoiding disturbances to **adjacent neighbors**. **\-Protection of underground installations**, supervising and ensuring protection of **existing underground infrastructure**, such as **electrical, potable water, and sewage networks**, **\-Drafting of site minutes and construction documentation.** **\-Recording of incidents and technical recommendations.** Position Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 1 month Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month
