Job Summary: We are seeking customer service staff and mechanical ride operators to deliver a magical experience at a family entertainment park. Key Highlights: 1. Being part of a family entertainment environment. **La Granja Villa y su Mundo Mágico**, a family entertainment company, is looking for top talent for the position of **CUSTOMER SERVICE** / **MECHANICAL RIDE OPERATOR**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (not mandatory) * Availability to work in Chorrillos **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one day off per week (Monday to Thursday) **COMPETENCIES AND VALUES** * Customer service * Conflict resolution with customers * Quality orientation * Flexibility / adaptability to change * Responsibility * Teamwork **FUNCTIONS AND/OR ACTIVITIES:** * Operate a mechanical ride * Inspect the ride before park opening * Provide customer service * Maintain assigned work area * Other duties as assigned within the department **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work * Statutory benefits * Complimentary vouchers for our venues * Pleasant working environment.
