Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, service-oriented individual to serve as the liaison between drivers and operations, handling inquiries and providing operational support. Key Highlights: 1. We seek someone orderly, service-oriented, and capable of managing information with sound judgment — someone who wants to be the liaison between drivers and operations. **What We Require:** * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience **(in-person and digital)** * Minimum 6 months of operational support or administrative experience. * Intermediate Excel skills: filters, pivot tables, basic consolidations. * Proficiency in email and digital customer service platforms. * Strong organizational skills and sound judgment to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Your Responsibilities:** * Handle driver inquiries, questions, and incidents via digital channels and in person. * Review and validate settlements, verify payment emails, and record information in internal control systems. * Track open cases until resolution or proper escalation to the relevant department. * Update reports and control dashboards in Excel. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational requests. * Support communications to drivers and area-related activities. **Work Modality:** * Monday to Friday\- Availability to commute to the office (Miraflores) or airport as required by operational needs. / Saturdays \- Remote. * Working Hours: 9 AM\-6 PM **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. * Corporate discounts with partner brands. * A collaborative, flat, and approachable culture where everyone can propose and lead projects. * An environment that values your well-being and professional growth. **Good luck!** Salary: Starting at S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in?
