Job Summary: Lead, plan, and control technical areas, ensuring project and service execution while promoting standardization, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Support the Commercial Department with technical reviews and risk analysis. **KOLFF PERU is seeking an Electronic Technical Manager!** **Job Objective:** Lead, plan, and control Engineering, Technical Support Services, and Integration areas, ensuring correct technical execution of projects and services, promoting process standardization, continuous improvement, operational profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Define technical standards for installation, maintenance, and commissioning. * Conduct technical validation of projects prior to execution. * Lead the development of engineering solutions. * Validate calculation reports. * Ensure installation quality. * Support the Commercial Department by: reviewing technical quotations, validating scopes, analyzing risks. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Knowledge of UPS systems, electrical systems, power quality, project management, risk management, ISO 9001, ISO 45001. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Operations Management or Project Management, PMP certification. * 8 years of experience in industrial technical services. * 5 years of experience leading technical teams. * Experience in pre-sales and post-sales for electrical-electronic projects. * Experience in maintaining critical infrastructure (UPS, Data Centers, hospitals, banking). * Competencies: Leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, customer orientation, strategic planning. **Benefits:** * Private health insurance, * Formal employment registration from day one. * Life insurance. * Monthly salary ranging from S/.7,000 to S/.9,000, commensurate with experience. **Are you available to work under the following conditions?** \- Location: La Victoria (Av.
