If you wish to join a growing textile export company and have experience in the textile industrial sector, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of operation sequences (cutting, sewing, pre-finishing, and finishing) * Time studies and efficiency calculations in production areas. * Line balancing. * Calculation of incentive payroll for pre-finishing and quality operators. * Development and monitoring of area-specific work procedures. * Training of new personnel. * Development of performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Graduate in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Soft skills and teamwork capability. * Availability to work between Argentina Avenue and Dueñas Street. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Full bonus (two salaries per year). * CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay – one salary per year). * 30 days of vacation. * Positive work environment. * Career development path Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
